DFW Structural ID/IQ, DFW International Airport, TX. This indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity
(IDIQ) contract involved structural inspection services. 2CMD was part of a team of consultants that assessed and inspected structural conditions of landside bridges, substructures, high mast light poles and 14 parking garages serving 5 terminals and rent-a-car facility, and made recommendations for repair and maintenance of those facilities. The observations resulted in field reports comprising condition ratings of various structural andfunctional elements of the garages. QA/QC


Dallas Housing Authority Quality Assurance at Scattered Sites, Dallas, TX. 2CMD served as construction quality assurance subcontractor for 56 low income housing units in seven buildings at five separate locations. Construction responsibilities included providing onsite quality control services, as well as reviewing subcontractors’ submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and cost estimating. QA/QC


Fuse Tank Storage Building, NAS-JRB, Fort Worth, TX. 2CMD performed construction of a 3,000-square foot pre-engineered metal building. The project consisted of 122’x24’ building with five overhead doors and standing seam roof with an average eave height of 15-feet. The building consisted of explosion proof electrical systems and compressed air piping systems. The off-site work included driveway of approximately 2500-square foot of reinforced concrete slab. 2CMD was General Contractor for $600,000 contract. QA/QC
