2CMD, Inc. (2CMD) was established in 2003 to provide construction-related and design services for a broad range of public and private sector projects. The firm currently holds DBE, HUB and SBA 8(a) certification.

2CMD can provide services from initial building condition surveys and site evaluations through facility design, construction, construction management and contract administration. Both the firm and its staff have amassed considerable construction and design experience throughout the DFW Metroplex and elsewhere on city, county, state, regional and federal agency projects, as well as private sector development.

By intention, the firm has developed a specific major focus on transportation-related projects, including roadways and bridges, public transit and aviation facilities. Many of these projects have been completed under design-build contracts. Services for these projects include structural and civil engineering design; quality assurance/quality control; and construction management, administration and inspection.

To date, the firm’s assignments have encompassed a wide sampling of large and small federal, commercial and private projects. These have included roadways and bridges, utilities, airport pavements and terminals, rail and transit systems and facilities, office buildings, multi-family residential buildings, industrial facilities, parking garages, criminal justice facilities, educational facilities, warehouse and distribution projects, and strip shopping centers with paving, utility poles and striping.

Mr. Azeem Yasin P.E., Principal of 2CMD has 30 years of experience in performing structural evaluations and designs, acting as project/program manager, performed condition assessment surveys, construction management/administration and inspection. He also acted as a general contractor or owner’s representative during actual construction.
