2CMD, Inc. was established in 2003 to provide construction-related and design services for a broad range of private and public sector projects. The firm is DBE, HUBZone and SBA Section 8(a) certified. To date, the firm's assignments include aviation work, warehouse and distribution projects, strip shopping centers, educational buildings, and office and multi-family residential facilities.
2CMD provides a wide range of construction administration/management services for large projects. Construction Management Services include evaluating scopes of work, reviewing construction plans and specifications, performing site visits to observe and/or inspect construction, reviewing construction bids, scheduling, preparing cost estimates and change orders, and including the services of the resident engineer.
2CMD has experience in Condition Assessment Surveys (CAS). The scope of services include evaluating and investigating site conditions, providing recommendations for repairs, and assisting Owners and Architects during all phases of construction.
2CMD encompasses the individual experience of Azeem Yasin, PE. Mr. Yasin has 24 years of experience in performing structural evaluations and design, construction management and inspection, and acting as a general contractor or owner's representative during actual construction.
